Jennifer was very helpful and provided the necessary part free of charge. They also provide me with a braided flexi hose as well. Great service - even one of the staff came out from the back and instructed me on how to properly fit the hose to the inlet valve.

I had to exchange something last minute because of a mistake I made and they couldn't have been better. The quality of their fittings are also excellent. My plumber friend put me on to them, I'm so glad he did. I wish all customer services were like this !
