All prices are in AUD.

Does Bathroom City deliver or ship?
The delivery option is available within Perth metropolitan area. Further shipping and delivery options will be available in the future.

How much does delivery within the Perth metropolitan area cost?
Costs will vary depending on the size of the purchased items and the distance from our showroom in Osborne Park. For more specific details or inquiries, please do not hesitate to ask our friendly staff.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled if they are not yet in production or dispatched. Please let our friendly staff know as soon as possible if this is the case.

Can I return my order for a refund?
Orders can be returned if they have not yet been installed and remain in brand new unused condition with original packaging. If these conditions are not met, a return will not be authorized.

Can I customize products?
Some of our products can be customized. Please enquire further regarding specific products.
