Do you offer pickup?
Yes. Pickup is available from our Perth showroom/warehouse once you receive a collection confirmation email.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery fees and availability may vary depending on your location and the items ordered.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
For bulky or oversized items, our team may contact you to confirm delivery details.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Estimated delivery times vary depending on stock availability and location:
- Metro Perth: typically 2–5 business days
- Regional WA & Interstate: typically 10–15 business days

How do I place an order?
Orders can be placed online through our website or in-store at our Perth showroom. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Can I add items to an existing order?
In some cases, we may be able to add items before dispatch.
Please contact our team promptly with your order number.
What does “Special Order” mean?
Special order items are sourced specifically for your order and may have longer lead times.
These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once the order has been confirmed.
Will I receive a tax invoice?
Yes. A tax invoice will be provided once your order has been processed.
For online orders, this will be sent via email.

We apply strict quality control processes to minimise colour variation. However, minor differences between production batches may occur. We recommend checking your items upon receipt to ensure you are satisfied with the finish.
Are product images accurate?
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Actual colours, finishes, and proportions may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and manufacturing processes.
Do you offer installation services?
We do not provide installation services. All products should be installed by a licensed professional in accordance with Australian standards.
