Exchange/Returns/Refund Policy

Products being returned need to be in a resalable condition; with original packaging intact. Please include your proof of purchase with the return of goods.

1. Customer can contact our sales team via Email @ sales@bathroom-city.com.au regarding a return, phone or simply complete and forward the Online Return form.

2. Products Unused and Resalable Condition:  

    • You have 30 days to return your purchase for a full refund, as long as the product is in original condition, no writing or damage to the packaging, uninstalled and resalable condition. Feel free to contact us within 30 days of receipt regarding the return, the team will reply and advise the return/exchange process. 
    • Within 30 days: Can return for refund, NO 'Restocking fee' will apply.
    • 31 – 90 days: Accept returns. A 15% 'Restocking fee' will apply and the team will refund less than 15% restocking fee.
    • Over 90 days: Return and Refund WILL NOT be accepted unless the product is deemed defective. 

*PLEASE NOTE: Days should be counted from the original date of purchase.

3. Delivery Costs are non-refundable and return postage is at the expense of the customer.

4. All returns will undergo a quality check upon return to Bathroom City Warehouse. Bathroom City will email once your return has been processed. Please allow 14 days for this.

5. Bathroom City is not liable for any incidental, indirect, consequential, or damages of any nature and from the sale of the products

WARNING: Custom orders and Special orders are NOT RETURNABLE and CANNOT BE CANCELLED for any reason once placed due to the custom and made to order processes involved.

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, please allow 3 – 12 business days for delivery of stocked items.  Additional time for items that need to be ordered in may cause delays.  Back orders or delays will be notified to you directly. Shipping charges are determined by packing size, weight and delivery location.

  • ALL Online Order, Goods must be inspected within 48 hours upon receiving for breakages or damages or claims could be void.
  • If you notices the parcel looks damaged upon receiving please take photos of the items before unpacking.
  • You may request an authority to leave your goods unattended, however please note it will be your responsibility if the 
  • Standard Dispatch is 1 – 3 days from when your order has been paid. Please allow for longer during high volume sale or order periods.
  • All delivery time frames are based on metropolitan areas.
  • Express post is currently our fastest shipping option available. If express postage is not offered at checkout, please get in contact with our Sales team: sales@bathroom-city.com.au
  • We cannot guarantee delivery time frames.
  • Please note, as deliver timeframes are subject to change we recommend booking your trades once all items are received and checked. This will aid in avoiding stress and disappointment if there are dispatch or shopping delays with your order.
